I like most about my job is the opportunity to help our clients solve their problems and grow their business. I enjoy the process of
understanding their needs and finding tailored solutions for them.
What is the best career lesson you've learned so far?
Establishing
trust and open communication with clients and colleagues is the key to success. When people feel valued and heard, they collaborate
and solve problems more effectively.
What
do you like to do when you are not working?
As
a foodie and a lovely daughter, I enjoy bringing my mom to explore food. I also like to experiment in the kitchen and try out new
recipes.
What
would you do (for a career) if you weren't doing this?
I
enjoy meeting and talking with people; that's why I chose this role. If given a chance, I might consider opening a café where I can
meet and talk with people and "solve" their hunger.

is your usual source of inspiration when you tackle a difficult problem ahead?
Books
and case studies. It's given me additional perspectives and allowed me to learn from their strategies, which can provide valuable
insights and frameworks that I can adapt to my situation.

a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
Rain
God loves to follow me wherever I go. LOL.
If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why ?
It
would be Lee Kuan Yew (Former Prime Minister of Singapore). I admire his visionary leadership and his role in transforming Singapore
(A country with limited natural resources) into a thriving global city.

you could have any superpower, what would it be?
It
would be the ability to read minds. This would allow me to understand people's thoughts and feelings before they speak and tailor my
approach to better support those who look for me.

is something that you could have told your younger self if you had the chance?
I'd
encourage my younger self to be more confident in pursuing passions and interests. It's okay to make mistakes, and they're an
essential part of the learning process.
